Excellent discussion!
Synopsis
With so much emotion and politicking surrounding issues of national interest, we sometimes overlook the fact that since March 8 2009, many progressive civil society groups have been formed and are adding more diverse and non-partisan voices to the national dialogue.
We speak with Hasbeemasputra Abu Bakar, an activist with Saya Anak Bangsa Malaysia (SABM), about his personal thoughts on the recent Allah controversy and other challenges facing the nation, and how SABM are doing their part to address these issues.
Hasbeemasputra Abu Bakar is an activist with Saya Anak Bangsa Malaysia, a non-racial, non-partisan initiative for the betterment of the nation. He is also a musician. The SABM roadshow and ‘Believe Instead’ forum will stop by at the KL Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall on Saturday, 23 January, from 2-7pm. Jom!
