Sad ...

I just blogged a heartfelt "random thought" post and supposed to click publish and I don't know what key I pressed and it all was "gone". :-(

Sad.. these things happen. Many times during the TMsquared project last year, I'd type out a long reflection on some books, and something would go wrong in the end.

strange when I went add a comment it had the old email and blog address defaulted, a glitch in the matrix perhaps ;-)

Yeah, things like that happen, especially when you're really "into" what you're doing...enjoying it...and suddenly something crumbles in front of you...all is lost.
The same thing happened to me, but in a different sense (it was my hoster's fault!) and I was SAD too.

note: perhaps...writing on a text file first will be precautionary but it takes away "the feeling".

Au man, maybe you sent it straight up to God instead!

I experienced the same thing before when I was typing long, heartfelt e-mails. Now I just type everything in notepad first.

sometimes when things like that happen to me (like typing a looooonnnggg email intending to say something to someone then it hangs, electricity goes off, etc) i take it as a divine sign that maybe that's not the right time or the right thing to say.... cause after i go away and think about it.. i realise "hey maybe it was better that i didn't convey what i had intended" :-)

Ouch! I know how that feels - but the worst thing is when I clicked Publish and got an error message instead. :(
