SB - I think you’ve nailed in a very important point … we’re in this for the long term … we’re taking a long view of things … and considering our children and our children’s children is one step forward from our personal preferences which often shift with the winds of our moods or the winds of change.

Yes, it’s not all fun & games; nor the fairytale story-
But it is so worthwhile
If bitterness creeps in, we have to remind ourselves that there is a bigger picture- we should stop thinking about ourselves and consider our children and our children’s children. We would want the best environment for their growth & happiness.
