Based on the Orthodox tradition of the Jesus Prayer, Bishop N.T. Wright has expanded the prayer to include the Trinity. A beautiful and faithful prayer I too highly recommend. Bishop Wright teaches about this Trinity Prayer Here

Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth:
Set up your kingdom in our midst.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God:
Have mercy on me, a sinner.

Holy Spirit, breath of the living God:
Renew me and all the world.

I have been attempting to pray this prayer daily for a few weeks now, and I have found it to be a wonderful way of centering myself on the Trinity. I love how you described it as a beautiful AND faithful prayer - both are important.
