Sivin Kit’s Garden

This prayer popped out from the JB Wesley Bulletin few Sundays ago when we were worshipping at KUKUP, Johor. It’s meant to be used before the Scripture readings and the Sermon. Well .. I just like it!

“Lord, Open our hearts and minds
by the power of Your Holy Spirit,
that, as the Scriptures are read
and Your Word proclaimed,
We may hear with joy what
You say to us today. Amen.”

So, whenever I READ, and REFLECT, getting ready to RESPOND to GOD, I know the SPIRIT is hovering over me to bring GOD’s creative work to surface from my chaotic waking (and even sleeping) hours!
