Gareth and Elysia always makes coming home a joy! In this case it made our whole journey to the clinic in the car lots of fun too. Originally, I wanted to put this post first. But then, I was upset by reading something I felt was “unedifying”. Now, before I sleep I thought I should end with what was a “Hi” for me rather than a “Low” 🙂
What a fitting way to close the day 🙂
Thanks Bob, we need perspective especially when we’re tempted to be drowned by bad news, sad news or plain nonsense. My kids often keeps me in touch with the better things in life 🙂
Sivin,
I’ve had a really tough last week, and am still in the middle of it. But seeing this video–which I played twice–really brought joy to me.
I think that we get tiny glimpses of heaven in this life, pure, simple joy. And the laughter of your kids reminded me of that. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
John, I’ll be keeping you in my prayer as you walk through this “tough” valley. Take care.
