Content-full Questions

Posted on 5 July, 2004 by admin

In her interesting post on Questionable content, Maggi turns it around with some questions I’m looking forward to explore especially in the coming one month. – why did you find this person interesting? – does their view make sense? – Could I/should I meet this person? – How might my view of God and the…

What do I Really want?

Posted on 4 July, 2004 by admin

This question is one I’m taking with me wherever I go for one month (or more for a lifetime?). It was inspired more by Jesus question to the blind begger in Luke 18 (and other parallel passages) and triggered by a series of talks in Cedar Ridge (Brian McLaren’s home church) A group of friends…

Mozilla Firefox & Thunderbird

Posted on 3 July, 2004 by admin

It’s not new, but I’m back using Mozilla Firefox for web-browsing and trying out Thunderbird for emails. Of course, it’s still great to have Gmail’s 1GB and Yahoo’s increased 100MB and other features. I’ve come back one full cycle … that will be enough trying for now. .. on with the job!

Posted on 2 July, 2004 by admin

Biscuits … Pringles .. Tapioca…Cheese

Posted on 1 July, 2004 by admin

Well, that was the first item he headed for, and then I tried to introduce “persuasively” to internalize the Pringles Experience (which has been ongoing … mind you *hehehehe*)

… a full life, not a half life …

Posted on 29 June, 2004 by admin

Thanks to Maggi Dawn for this repost from this Sojourners Interview with Philip Yancey (whose many books has blessed me and stirred me!) ___________________________ “When I started writing [Rumors] I would have said that the three things that brought me back to God were not religious things. They were not Billy Graham rallies or gospel…

U-Turn

Posted on 29 June, 2004 by admin

How often we need to first STOP! and then make a U-turn to get on our way back HOME It’s been a crazy season for me this past 1-2 months. At times because of my own doing, mostly because of other people’s doing 🙂 Anyway, when “doing” over shadows “being” then it’s time to STOP!…

I miss you already …

Yes, the woman next to me is supposed to be my wife … at that time we were on our honey moon in UK haing out at Leicester Square. The artist seemed to have a different view of how May Chin should have looked like. She looks much better in person!
