Goodbye “Pa” & “Gong Gong”, Thank You for Everything, We love You.

Long Ah Keh, my Father in Law whom we call "Pa" at home, and the children call "Gong Gong" and for many others he is affectionately known as "Uncle Long" was welcomed into the eternal presence of God last night. He fought the good fight and finished his race here on earth at the age of 78 on November 2010.

We appreciate the prayer and support many of you have given to the family in general and Uncle Long specifically.  God’s presence was to me tangibly felt as we stood around him to say good bye (for a while) until we meet again.

Below is the last video on November 7, 2010, where I managed to capture of his joy of celebrating Ewan’s birthday earlier two days.

We will miss him.  It will take some time to grieve.  But the main focus for us is we are grateful to know him as a wonderful husband, father, father in law, grandfather, and a most humble self-giving human being who followed Christ gently in his own unique way.

Lord we commit him fully into your hands.  We thank you for his life.
